Eric was very accommodating and got the job done quickly and for a fair price. He is also the go-to roofer for my real estate agent. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the work that was done. Plus he was on-site for most of the job.

WE HAD TO REPLACE THE ROOF ON OUR RENTAL HOME. WE HAD LIMITED FINANCES AND BECAUSE IT WAS FALL, WE NEED TO HAVE IT DONE BEFORE THE WEATHER TURNED TOO COLD. ERICK WAS VERY FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE, PROMPT WITH A WRITTEN QUOTE AND ON THE JOB AS PROMISED. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND CLEANED UP TO THE POINT THAT WE COULDN'T TELL HE WAS EVEN THERE. THE ONLY WAY WE KNEW WAS TO LOOK AT OUR GREAT NEW ROOF. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AS WELL..

Kallerup Construction built two redwood decks onto our home. He was much cheaper than other constructions companies. He came out promptly did the estimate and we signed the contract the next day. He did meticulous work, and left the site as clean as when he arrived. We will be using him for our next project (roof) later this year. I highly recommend this company.

Work Performed: -Designed the architectural plan for the addition -Major addition (1,000 square feet) with vaulted ceiling including a full basement / foundation -Gigantic wrap-around deck (1,200 square feet) -New roof via a tear off -Pondless waterfall -Remodeled old basement to make if a finished basement and added on two bedrooms and a bathroom We were at a point where we were looking to move to a larger home due to our growing family. But we could not find anything we liked. So, we took out a Home Equity LOC and decided to add on and revamp our 1950's rambler. Kallerup Construction was the lowest bid and I knew from referrals that they did great work, so it was an easy decision to hire them. Erick and his crew do great finishing work and managed all sub-contractors. My husband and I were just blown away with the end result of all this work, and we are so excited to essentially have a "new" home. If you have ever had to deal with poor contractors, you know how ugly it can get...sometimes they don't even show up or return calls.However, the speed, attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism far exceeded our expectations.
